Leader
Know, love and inspire your people
This is an exploration of what good leaders do to enable their teams to succeed using psychology and neuroscience research to exemplify model practice and behaviour. Grounded in the philosophy of storytelling for change, this book shares the stories of a number of great leaders from a range of areas and industry, illustrating the mastery of leadership within three key principles: know your people, love your people, inspire your people.
Leader is a inspirational read for aspiring and established leaders, and those mentoring leaders, young and old. This book is a reminder of the possibilities that can happen when a leader focuses on the flourishing of people as intrinsically valuable to all. A great resource for teachers, guiding young people, our leaders of the future.
